BPMN - Data and Artifacts

Overview

This course will teach different possibilities of adding documentation to BPMN diagrams in Camunda Web Modeler.

What Will I Learn?

At the end of this course you will be able to:

• Explain the different types of BPMN artifacts
• Explain the role and application of BPMN artifacts
• Distinguish between Data Objects and Data Stores in BPMN diagrams.
• Demonstrate how to model data flow and data storage within a business process.

Prerequisite Knowledge

This course presumes that the student has the following prerequisite knowledge:

• Account for Camunda 8 SaaS
• Basic knowledge of how to read BPMN diagrams
• Basic knowledge of how to use the Camunda Modeler to model diagrams Basic knowledge of the following BPMN Symbols:
  • Tasks
  • Start and End Events
  • XOR Gateways
